Muhammad Ali Jinnah (1876-1948) was a barrister, politician, and founder of Pakistan. Later he was quoted as Quaid- e- Azam (Quaid means leader, Azam means Great).

His wise sayings are motivational, insipiriotnal and best guiding. He once famously said: "Think 100 times before you make a decision, But once that decision is taken, stand by it as one man."
