Sarthak Credit Co-Operative Society Maryadit, Gwalior is an organization owned and operated by a group of individuals for their mutual benefit Cooperative Society Register under Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Society Act 1960.

Cooperatives are defined by the International Cooperative Alliance's Statement on the Cooperative Identity as autonomous associations of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprises.

The mission of Sarthak Credit Co-Operative Society Maryadit is to eradicate poverty by building a secure and transparent microfinance institution to provide financial assistance to the underprivileged, especially senior citizens, women, handicapped, and those living below the poverty line.

The government has set up law for the Security of the deposit in the company to which the cradle is legally necessary.
