There can be no refute for the benefits of meditation. Muze, a mindfulness supplement app aids the user in achieving the right environment which promotes high level of concentration and in turn helps you to relax much efficiently.

Muze provides 6 different sounds which can be mixed together or listened explicitly. All the sounds are picked such that it promotes concentration and provides right atmosphere for a higher concentration.

Currently, there are 6 different sounds to choose from:
1. Birds - Immerse yourself into forest in which there are many birds chirping and dive into the soothing atmosphere the nature provides.
2. Binural Waves - Listen to these waves for a better concentration levels. Can also be used while studying.
3. Flute, Piano, Guitar : We have added three soothing sounds played by different equipments which all provides an extremely relaxing environment to meditate in. The music played by these instruments helps you calm your mind which is much necessary for meditation.
4. Rain : A rainy weather is always perfect for immersing oneself into concentration intensive task. The sound of rain drops provides that atmosphere and aids in your concentration by providing the right atmosphere.
