Safety Go is an incident reporting app that allows to register incidents and near-miss events. App allows to send pictures, comments and incident data to preassigned personnel via SMS and Email. App comes with web based back end to enable analysis of reports. Properly registered and analyzed near miss events prevent serious injuries and death.
