Living mindfully and stoming more than we usually do may have many positive benefits (now and into the future), for individuals, families and communities as a whole. Stoming may lead to less traveling time (to and from work), less fuel costs and less carbon emissions. Stoming may allow more time for you to relax, study or take up a hobby at home, spend more time with your family, and do some extra work around the home.

This app is a tool to provide measurable feedback (to you only), in an effort to encourage you to challenge yourself and stay home more often. The app calculates points earned correlated with your time at home. At the end of the day/week you have the option to share the total points earned with others, to encourage as many people as possible to take up the STOME challenge.
