DocsWeb is a web-based document management platform that allows you to automate the processing and flow of documents and information contained in them (document management workflow), integrating with other PwC systems.
With a view to increasing the efficiency of document processes, by eliminating paper documents and digitizing documents, DocsWeb promotes rapid access to information and allows to optimize processes, reducing operating costs and improving collaboration between the various organizational units.
Thanks to DocsWeb:
● documents and files, in any format, can be consulted, archived and distributed in real time with extreme simplicity and considerable time savings;
● the integrated workflow system improves the control capacity and increases the speed of the processes that rotate around the document cycle.
With Docsweb it is possible to manage, for example Document Management, WorkFlow Management, Digital Preservation and Electronic Signature.
