ScanTracked is an online data capture form builder which allows you to design and deploy data capture and data lookup forms.

This mobile app allows you to scan barcodes, capture data against those barcodes and lookup reference data to show the user upon Scanning. Designed to be used with the ScanTracked platform.

To get started, use the ScanTracked web platform to design your form using fields such as:
- Text
- Numerical
- Data
- Dropdown
- Lookup
- Increment Counter
- Checkbox
- Signature (sign on glass)

Attach any 'lookup' data to the project (optional) so the user can scan a barcode and return information or data relating to that barcode.

Once your form is complete, your users can capture and lookup information direct from this app.

Please note: To scan barcdes you require an Android device with a built in barcode scanner or an external bluetooth scanner. You can't scan barcodes with a smartphone's camera
