ESV Workout software can be used to organize and analyze your workouts data.
Main features of ESV Workout Organizer includes:
- Log your workout data (including time you have spent during a set, an exercise, a whole workout day);
- Ability to set default values to exercises (e.g.: weight, reps, resting time), which helps to drastically reduce time needed for an exercise data logging;
- Sound and vibro alarms for resting time in between sets;
- Track your previous results and display it so you can challenge yourself against these results;
- Help you to organize all exercises by muscle categories;
- Two types of exercises are available: strength and cardio;
- Create your own training days (routines) and fill it with exercises easily;
- Display inforamtion regarding what you have done today and what you have not done yet;
- Minimum amount of typing needed (effective user interface);
- Use you previous results for the given exercise, do not need to type it again and again;
- Import and export your workout data (transfer to another device);

- comparing workouts to each other;
- plot workouts data for a given period time;
