What do we do?
We are a linking platform within a mobile application for Android and IOS that links small businesses and entrepreneurs with independent diligents to make a "match", in order to bring a product to its destination that will make a happy customer.

What is DILI?
It is an effort for the common good and good will between the DILI administration, the applicants and the diligents so that a model of trust and security can work. We consider that it is a practical and basic solution in order to help small businesses that are being affected by the current contingency and do not have the mobility possibilities for their expansion to various areas.

What distinguishes us from others?
It is a simple model where the only function is the connection between the entrepreneur or small merchant and the clerk, this platform does not interact with the end customer. Which makes us different from its simplicity in the affordability of the price, especially for those who are carrying out their business compared to other platforms.

Who can be applicants?
Mainly small merchants, FreeLancer or people who need to send a product through a third party.
General data mentioned in the terms and conditions will be requested as security of the diligence and guarantee of the requests.

How do I upload a shipping request?

Steps of an applicant:

1. Create request for shipping service describing the technical specifications: type of product, approximate weight, time of delivery of the product to the clerk and the latter to the required end customer, mileage, among others.

2. Applicants or sellers will be able to see the different service offers by the clerks, who will be able to select the one that best convinces them either by qualification, clerk experience, among other factors.

3. Once the filing agent for the service has been selected, they will conclude details external to the app through the WhatsApp link, at this last point of contact DILI is not aware of the final communication. If the clerk after a while does not respond to the personalized call, the seller may select another of the applicants, the duration of the publication of the request is up to the time they have delivered to the final customer, example: if they set time to pick up at 3:00 pm and expected delivery at 5:00 pm on the same day of publication; The publication will be deleted automatically at 5:00 pm that day (during that time you have to choose one or more than one in case someone cancels the service). Cancellation by a clerk must be at least one hour in advance of the time agreed with the end customer.

4. When the clerk reaches the point of the applicant, he will take a photograph of what was received and both must sign that the product was received and delivered within the app, in order to increase security for both parties.

5. Once the delivery is completed, the filing clerk will ask the end customer to sign for receipt and this will notify the applicant of the successful delivery. Subsequently, applicants should post a comment and rating of the service to help the clerk and other applicants to improve their experience.
