Our brains weren’t built for bottomless feeds. Scrolly helps you take back control and live more intentionally.
Scrolly is a small NFC tag and a mindful companion that helps you break the habit of constant scrolling. When you’re ready to focus, you simply tap Scrolly to your phone — it instantly blocks the apps that distract you most. To unlock them, you have to tap again. That short physical pause creates a moment of awareness before falling back into old patterns.
Why it works?
Most digital wellbeing tools are hidden behind settings or require self-control in the very moment of temptation. Scrolly changes the environment instead of relying on willpower. The simple act of reaching for a real object creates friction that helps you stay intentional and build sustainable habits.
Many users report saving more than 90 minutes a day — time they can spend on people and activities that actually matter.
How Scrolly works?
• Choose apps to block – Select the ones that consume your time (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Tap to block distractions – Touch Scrolly to your phone to block chosen apps
• Tap again to unlock – Apps stay locked until you decide to unlock them with another tap
• Stay present – Use the recovered time to focus, study, or simply rest without interruptions
Why Scrolly uses Accessibility API?
Scrolly uses the Android Accessibility API only to detect when selected distracting apps are opened and to temporarily block or redirect them. This permission is required for the app to work as described — without it, Scrolly cannot recognize or control access to those apps.
No personal data, keystrokes, or sensitive information are collected, stored, or shared.
The Accessibility Service is used exclusively to help users build healthier digital habits and effectively reduce phone overuse.
