The Land of Talent app is a mobile application managed by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology of the state of Jalisco and developed by the company Evolutel, which will serve to provide the user with information about public and private higher education institutions in the state, as well as promoting scholarships and support of public and private origin so that the youth of Jalisco have the opportunity to access quality higher education and thus contribute to their full development.
