Sentinel is an application to receive alerts in real time on the status of the foreign trade operation determined by the SAT Integral Customs Operation System. This follow-up goes from when the petition is paid, until the merchandise is cleared.

The user can configure users of his staff who will receive these shipments and specifically what statuses. Sentinel stores the history of notifications so that they can be consulted at any time.

The use of this application is exclusive to customs agents and they only receive information on the requests made with their customs patent.
