This is intended for citizens that use iWorQ that will help them communicate with their government with this app. It will allow the user to find their representative and a way to contact them. It will also allow them to submit complaints/requests to the city without having to talk to someone on the phone. Overall, it's to allow the user to do everything they need to without going into the office.
