Service engineers will do the service and updating the service report through their MyEssae app.

The service report will be in digital form Capturing observations, work done and various Photographs of machines and components can be done.
Maintenance History of customer equipment can be accessed from the app both for engineers and customers. Product Information also available.
Customer could share the feedback once the service call is completed via this mobile app
