SIAPP NDAN (Public Information Openness Service Strategy with the Implementation of an Integrated Publication Application System and Complaint Management) is an official application developed by the Semarang Regency Communication and Informatics Office to improve public information transparency and strengthen digital government services.
This application is designed as an integrated information and public service access center, allowing the public to:
- Access various general information related to Semarang Regency Government activities, policies, and official announcements.
- Search and quickly access various Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) websites under the Semarang Regency Government.
- Submit suggestions, complaints, or aspirations regarding public services directly through the official channels provided.
