About The Product:

I provide high quality video courses that are designed to teach Seniors (or those who have trouble using their computer) how to use Windows 10. These step by step courses take things slowly and really explain in detail what is being done. The goal is to make customers more confident in their computer skills, and give them good tips that will help keep them safe online. This app currently gives you complete access to two computer courses. The first course is the Getting Started Course and the second is the Customization Course.

Getting Started Course:

In this course you will learn all of the basics you need to get up and running with your Windows 10 computer. The course is just over an hour long, and includes the following topics:

- Downloading Google Chrome
- How to browse the Internet
- Bookmarking websites
- All you need to know about programs
- Installing programs
- Uninstalling programs

This course will help you to make your computer really feel like it is yours. Here are the topics that will be covered in this customization course:

- Change the profile picture for your Gmail account

I started creating this service after helping my own Grandpa with his computer. I realized how little he knew, and I saw the potential to help an over looked group of computer users.
