With Sensing Yoga & Yin, you will get a body that releases stiffness, locks and even pain. You will get a connective tissue that is strengthened because we get movements that begin to hydrate our tissues. You may also feel a new calm in the body as we shift the nervous system from struggle and flight to peace and quiet.

Everyone can participate and do Sensing, the movements are simple and natural and there is an explanatory film for the different positions.

We also offer a Yoga Nidra that you can use as a closing moment, as a relaxation for yourself or as a preparation for a good night's sleep.
