Serenipay, an assistant associated with a dedicated payment card that allows you to verbalize the different stages of your card payment during your in-store purchases and display them in large size on your smartphone: transaction amount, entry or error confidential code.

Good to know: The oralization and visualization functionalities are only available for contact mode with insertion of the card in the payment terminal and entry of the PIN code.

How to connect your payment card to your application?

Remember to activate the Bluetooth functionality of your smartphone in order to benefit from the advantages of your payment assistant.
• Connect your card by placing it at the top of the back of your smartphone
• Customize the application according to your needs: text-to-speech reading and/or display of payment steps on your smartphone screen
• Activate the payments of your card as usual by a withdrawal or a payment validated by entering your confidential code.

Free download and access to the application, excluding communication costs according to operators. Requires a compatible smartphone with Internet access. Use of the Serenipay application is subject to subscription to the Payment Card Agreement for the Serenipay offer (reserved for capable adult individuals) with one of the Regional Banks participating in the Pilot, to acceptance of the General Conditions of use and personal data protection policy.
