The application Viva syndic is available to all residents of your building (co-owners, landlords and tenants), having chosen Viva Syndic as their Professional Syndic of co-ownership.

This one serves mainly to:

- Simplify exchanges (by sharing the desired information on messaging)
- Optimize decision-making (by giving opinions via polls, debating all topics on the forum or voting for Viva Syndic's options)
- Directly pay your condominium fees.
- Facilitate access to information and accounts of the building (accounting, administrative documents, ...)
- Monitor energy consumption and renovation or maintenance work.
- Be in touch with your manager and / or your local Viva referent quickly and simply.

Each of the inhabitants can ask us to intervene to solve a difficulty or an incident.
