The Elus App is a solution for distributing invitations and projects which constitute the meeting file to elected officials.
It meets all these needs and meets regulatory requirements
defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities (art. L.2121,
L.3221, L.4132 and L. 5211-1).
The Elus App ensures the security and traceability of the submission of files and
summons.
The Elus App dematerializes the sending and preparation for sessions, advice and
meetings and integrates a real collaborative work tool.
After broadcast of the invitation, the elected official goes to the Elus tablet App
and finds its summons and all of the projects which constitute the
session file.
