The Maharashtra government had launched the Government at Your Doorstep campaign to provide government services to citizens. Building on this initiative, the Sevadoot system aims to deliver all online government services to citizens' homes through the Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra. Through the Sevadoot online system, citizens can book appointments for various departmental online services from the comfort of their homes. In this process, citizens register on the Sevadoot system and book appointments as per their convenience.
At the scheduled time, a VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) visits the citizen’s home to collect the required documents. These documents are then processed on the respective department's portal. Once the certificate is signed, it is sent to the citizen’s home via post.
