HOW DO YOU MAKE A WORKOUT IN 5 MINUTES!?

· Get ready to HAVE FUN & BE CREATIVE!
· GO to a LANDMARK (from our list or one that you prefer)
· Utilize elements of the landmark (benches, stairs) safely & respectfully
· Vertically film 5 videos between 40-60 seconds (1 video per exercise)
· 3 combined upper and lower body exercises
· 1 core exercise
· 1 cardio exercise
· Submit 5 videos on the app & type in the exercise names (Ex. Squat jump)
· The app does the rest!
