No sign ups or account required. Data is recorded on the local device only to maintain your privacy. 
Data can be sent to others via email, only if you choose to do so.
This app has been originally developed for young people to use in schools where the school is running an initiative to monitor the mental wellbeing of students. The app can also be used outside that context for young people and adults who are wanting to track their emotional wellbeing for themselves.
