You must be an Australian Medical Provider with licences for Shexie Platinum and Nuance Dragon in order to use this app.
Medical Providers will follow the steps below to dictate patient letters using their phone:
1. Log into the Shexie Appointments View Website and tick 'Stay signed in'. You can log in via this app or via a web browser.
2. Select a Patient's Appointment.
3. Press the 'Dictate' button.
4. Press the 'Dictate New' (or 'Continue') button to launch the Shexie Dictation app.
5. Press the 'Record' button. The app will request use of the microphone.
6. Press the 'Submit' button when ready to submit the dictated letter.
This App will request the use of the microphone to record a Dictation.
The Dictation Screen includes the following buttons:
- 'Record' or 'Stop' allows you to start or stop the dictation recording.
- 'Save' allows you to save your progress.
- 'Submit' allows you to submit your completed dictation to Shexie.
- 'X' allows you to save and close the current dictation without submitting.
