Cogent Health Pvt Ltd. , a sister organization of ISO Certified F1Soft International Pvt. Ltd., is over a Decade old company working in field of Health Informatics. Cogent Health has developed SISH (Software for Integrated Services in Hospital), a popular EMR (Electronic Medical Record) with inbuilt modules of CDSS (Clinical decision support system), CPOE(Computerized Physician Order Entry) and data mining. In addition to these, SISH also specializes in Statistical Programme for Academic Research and Health System Integration to financial technology.

Here at Cogent Health, our dedicated team is constantly in the process of improving and innovating Hospital Information System (HIS). We study medical workflow, understand the causes of health problems and develop digital methods to mitigate those problems. Keeping in mind the lack of fundamental features in HIS softwares that are available in the market, we have developed and tested a complete and comprehensive Software. Cogent Health is purely made in Nepal that is insurance compatible and in-line with Policy Directives of Nepal Government.

Cogent Health installed its first CDSS modules in 2008 in United Mission Hospital, Palpa. Today SISH has been implemented in over two dozens locations including some of the prestigious institutions like Patan Academy of Health Sciences, Paropkar Maternity & Women Hospital, Nepal Police Hospital and Nepal Orthopaedic Hospital.
