1. Our company provides home laundry services. Register as a member on the Lexiang Laundry APP. During the opening period, all members can directly upgrade for free.
2. Our company provides services based on bags, with no additional charges. All payments are made online. You can choose different bag types according to the amount of clothing.
3. We provide members with clothing delivery bags, which are divided into large, medium and small sizes. They are all free gifts/replacements, and the laundry will be cleaned at the same time.
4. Members place orders online and choose the appropriate delivery time. Our 24H fast service will deliver the items for washing before 09:00 in the morning and send them back in the evening.
5. The daily collection and delivery time is 06:00-22:00, providing convenience for members who get up early and come home late, whether they are doing laundry themselves or doing it for their family members.
6. Members will deliver laundry, which is limited to washable clothing and bedding. Clothes and bedding will be delivered at the same time. Please bag them separately and do not mix them.
7. If there are particularly stained clothes, please put them in a separate plastic bag to avoid contamination with other clothes. We will do our best to clean them for you when sending them for washing.
8. Laundry services that are not currently provided include high-priced or special-material clothing, formalwear, leather clothing, footwear, and pet supplies.
9. If there are any items of laundry that cannot be washed or washed, they will be packaged separately and not washed, and the entire bag of clothes will be sent back together after washing.
10. Members can cancel their orders one hour before collection. Please call our customer service staff within one hour of collection.
11. When members deliver laundry, only one coupon can be used for each bag of clothing; coupons can be used at the same time as points (there is no limit on the use of points).
12. If the entire bag of clothing is damaged or lost due to operator negligence, our company will provide a compensation of 1,000/1,500/2,000 yuan per bag.
13. If the member cannot be contacted due to other reasons, our company will provide a 30-day free storage period. After 30 days, our company has the right to dispose of the bag of clothing on its own.
14. In order to improve the quality of our service, members can make comments on the APP after each cleaning service. Our company will continue to improve and do better.

16. The company reserves the right to interpret the above member washing instructions. If there are any changes in the service content, it will be announced on the APP 30 days in advance.
