The NACO CSC App is a dedicated mobile-based application designed to facilitate
seamless data sharing and coordination among key stakeholders involved in HIV care,
including Community Liaison for Health (CLH)/Outreach Workers (ORWs), CSC
Coordinators, and Antiretroviral Therapy Centres (ARTC) and Integrated Counselling
and Testing Centres (ICTC). The application aims to improve health outcomes for
People Living with HIV (PLHIV) by ensuring efficient tracking through outreach services
and enabling prompt follow-up actions.
The application leverages the SOCH (Strengthening Overall Care for HIV) portal, an
online repository of essential health-related data, as its primary data source.
