SIAMAN West Sulawesi is an application to measure employee attendance in the office and outside the office in real time by utilizing GPS technology on devices (mobile phones). Business processes designed to comply with the statutory provisions in force within the Civil Servant or State Civil Apparatus, including Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 and Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010.

The attendance scheme displayed includes:

- Attendance of employees in the Office and Outside the Office using GPS
- Submission and approval of superiors in the proposal
- Outstation
- Paid leave
- Permission
- Absence without explanation and disciplinary action
- Reports on personal attendance and work units
- Foreign Service Report

With this application, the PNS/ASN concerned can measure performance which includes Employee Work Goals (SDKP) and Employee Work Behavior which are synchronized with employee presence data, budget absorption data and available employee performance output data.
