SMARTcity is a completely free smart app developed so that citizens throughout Peru can report urban incidents or activate a panic button in case of emergencies. It is designed to strengthen citizen security, protect the environment, and improve the response to various situations.

📍 When you submit a report, it will be managed through our platform for effective response.

📡 Additionally, the Panic Button notifies other citizens who have the app and are within 1,000 meters of the emergency, allowing you to act quickly and with solidarity. It even shows you a route to get to the location.

👨‍💻 The platform administrators have a module where they manage, record, and track each reported case, seeking to ensure transparency and effective response.
