QR code based solution developed in co-ordination with AFD / HO-APO cell / GESS to capture attendance records of garden staff – gardener, security etc

Respective agency has to assign staff for each garden and its working hours in portal

QR code generated from the portal to be displayed in the garden – to be printed on weather proof material

Staff need to carry smart phone with “Amul Time Track” mobile application installed

Staff needs to scan QR code - in / out, or at a frequency decided by the authority

Each record will be captured online and will be visible to AFD & service provider (GESS)

Lat / long binding configured to ensure that QR code scanning is done offline and not from outside

Logins for service provider, staff, AFD & others to monitor transactions and to update master data

Proper Authorization controls available to provide access of relevant data

Various reports & staff & garden location visibility on map

Facility submitting feedback by other employees by scanning QR codes during their visit
