Specifically, the App allows you to track and monitor the delivery of waste for the individual user for roadside containers and computerized collection centers.
The data collected with the IT system allows us to statistically evaluate user behavior in the different areas, to optimize the distribution and emptying of containers, to improve the management of collection centers and therefore to enhance the entire service for users.
How to register on the App for users: it will be sufficient to enter the "username" and password received from the manager, have a valid e-mail address and/or a mobile number and accept the regulation for the processing of personal data. The system, to activate the identification service at the containers and the viewing of the contributions, will proceed with a verification of the user's e-mail and/or mobile phone.
Functions available in the App:
- Opening containers: the user can dispose of waste by identifying themselves with the SIGMA mobile app.
- View waste disposal:
the user can control the disposal of their waste. The data list can be filtered by type of material and period (last 30 days, last 60 days, since the beginning of the year...)
The data can be consulted in a list by viewing the date and place of the provision or represented on graphs.
The app also offers users some information relating to the indications for the correct disposal of waste.
