The data collected by the computerized system allows for statistical evaluation of user behavior in different areas, optimizing container distribution and emptying, improving management of collection centers, and thus enhancing the overall service for users.
How to register for the app: simply enter your username and password from the manager, have a valid email address and/or mobile number, and accept the privacy policy. To activate the identification service at the bins and view your waste, the system will verify your email address and/or mobile number.
Functions available in the app:
- Opening bins: Users can dispose of waste by identifying themselves with the SIGMA mobile app.
- Viewing waste disposal:
Users can monitor their waste disposal. The data list can be filtered by material type and time period (last 30 days, last 60 days, since the beginning of the year, etc.).
The data can be viewed in a list by date and place of disposal or displayed in graphs.
The app also provides users with information regarding proper waste disposal.
