SignantTM App from Signant Health is used for collecting data from patients and caregivers in clinical Trials of new medicines. SignantTM App gives patients access to specific Questionnaires, making it easy for patients to complete Wherever they go.

Patients who participate in a particular clinical study get access to SignantTM App for the duration of the study. The app is activated with an activation code supplied by the care personnel conducting the clinical study.

App is only used and accessible by patients enrolled in regulated clinical trial who have already signed the legally required informed consent form. The app is not used to diagnose or treat patients, and is not a medical device.
