Please note: This app is for serial bootloaders with the Intel HEX format only. Also your device must support USB-OTG.

Also, a USB-Serial converter IC is required to establish communication with the MCU, as well as a USB OTG cable to communicate with the android device. Unlike the free version, this app supports several such converter ICs, like FTDI, Prolific converter, MCP2221 etc.

This app currently has a very small built-in set of available MCUs. More MCUs will be added with future updates. However, it allows you to add your own MCUs and commands.

It has been tested with a few variants of 8051 microcontroller.
