Also, this study leverages mobile technology to deliver mental health interventions, reflecting advancements in digital health and telemedicine. By utilizing a mobile application, the study extends the reach of mental health services to postpartum women, overcoming barriers such as geographical distance and access to healthcare facilities. The study aligns with the principles of evidence-based practice by integrating validated screening tools and established intervention strategies for postpartum depression. The use of standardized measures such as the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index ensures the reliability and validity of the data collected.
