As we eat a lot of delicious dishes especially meat, seafood within 15 days of Chinese new year period, why not try to have a more healthy vegetables recipe on yee sang day.
Yee Sang or Yusheng traditional dish is a raw dish mixed with various vegetables salad, fruits, livened up with crackers, crunchy seeds, sweet and salty sauces, and a festive plume of spices, that become tradition practiced by Chinese in Malaysia and Singapore during Chinese New Year.
There are many variety of yee sang ingredients apart from main dish that is raw fish. Some will add-in abalone, prawn and others.
