Each meal contains ~350 calories and max. 6 net carbs. So, choose 4 of them every day according to your taste. It means that you can eat a breakfast for lunch or a lunch at dinner time according to your taste and lifestyle. Use your favorite oil and spices for cooking and salads. If you feel hungry after a meal, eat extra zero carb cheese, salami, sausage, snack, etc.
