Principal functions:

- Registration of non-returnable materials (EPPS, consumables, spare parts, commissary, etc.)
- Registration of materials with return (Assets, equipment, tools and rented)
- Personnel registration according to their profile and contractual position.
- Inventory module for materials in stock (assets, equipment, tools and rented).
- Module for tracking materials with stock assigned to collaborators.
- Generation of material identification labels with QR code directly from the application.
- Automatic dispatch by reading the QR code label using a mobile device (Smart phone)
- Photographic record of the materials delivered and capture of digital signature.
- Record of returns of materials with stock (assets, equipment, tools and rented ones).
- Monitoring module for the calibration of measuring equipment, by displaying the alert traffic light and days until the calibration period expires, as well as attaching the calibration certificates in PDF format to control the operational documents.
- Daily and consolidated EPPS delivery report per collaborator in PDF and Excel format.
- Report of goods assigned and returned by collaborator in PDF and Excel format.
- Daily material consumption report without return, this will serve to generate material consumption in the SAP ERP.
- Generation of labeling of materials in the transit warehouse, for shipments to the Works with the materials duly identified. Additionally, these labels contemplate the imputation of the Works and the PC so that the Works warehouse can have the traceability of the requesting user.
