The Martelão 3S emerged from an initiative by the SNSCC (National Secretariat of Civil Construction Sectors) in the salary campaign of civil construction workers, in January 2021.

In view of the current moment of health and economic crisis due to Covid-19, the project aims to offer, not only to workers, but to their families and companies in the construction industry, a range of services in the areas of health and dentistry, in addition to discounts on various services.
