The Job Performance Assessment Information System or abbreviated as SIPKERJA Online can be used by all PNS/CPNS within the Serang Regency Government with the aim that each employee can be assisted in compiling the PNS Work Performance Assessment (PPK PNS) and delivering the realization/achievement of employee performance. From the process of submitting skp and performance achievements online, it will make it easier for OPD leaders to assess the work performance of employees in their office environment.
