Identify symptoms related to tobacco use with Smokecheck®.

You are smokers or former smokers, take stock of your health and the symptoms related to tobacco.

Smokecheck®, a regulated medical device, is a self-screening tool for tobacco-related diseases.



You will first complete a short questionnaire, and depending on your tobacco consumption, you will be asked to complete another questionnaire after 2, 4 or 6 months.

At the end of this initial questionnaire, Smokecheck® will analyze your answers and may issue recommendations, and if necessary advise you to consult your doctor.

We invite you to consult the history of your answers in order to find the results of all your questionnaires, you can also consult them with your doctor.

No data will be processed by a doctor in the app. Attention, in no case Smokecheck® can replace a medical diagnosis.

We remind you that only stopping smoking can prevent the development of serious illnesses. Only your doctor can make a diagnosis.

You will also find in the application the contact details of Tabac Infos Service to help you in case of questions about quitting smoking.

This application contains the history of your responses to symptoms, and therefore health data. It is important that you protect them.

It is recommended to use the application only for a smoker or former smoker, 18 years or older. This questionnaire must be personal to you, each person wishing to use Smokecheck® must download the application on their phone and complete the questionnaire alone.

The results obtained with the questionnaire are not exhaustive and do not presume your current and/or future state of health. These results also do not affect your health.

Authentication can be done either with your email address or with your phone number. This data is only collected for security and non-commercial purposes. You may be required to re-validate your identifiers over time. Make sure to use the same email/phone number as before to retrieve your data history.

If you have identified yourself with your telephone number, and in the event that you change it, number portability will allow you to keep the history of your answers.

Internet access is required for sending questionnaires and analysis by Smokecheck®.


The application is only available in French, and free for users.

It is recommended to use an iOS version 11 or later.
