Contains glutamate gluten? Ingredient Dictionary gives you the answer!

The app is completely based on the book Ingredient Dictionary published by the Coeliac Society and Gothia training. The app uses the model as the official source and includes all foods in 1098 from the 2012 edition. Just like in the book can be done by the app's extensive list quickly and easily look up the ingredients, additives and definitions relating to food and food products. Smart functionality has been added: a search function will help you find what you were looking for, or filter the list according to your personal profile. Each headword is explained and possible function. You also get information about the ingredient and if it contains gluten, lactose, dairy or soy protein.
The app is safe and simple: no information is forwarded, profiles and searches are done only on your phone and there is no need any internet connection to use.
