DELIA stands for “Digital Lifestyle Intervention in Old Age”. With this app we would like to help maintain or improve the quality of life of older adults aged 65 and over. The app aims to motivate people to lead a healthy lifestyle. It is intended to raise awareness of behavioral health issues, question habits and show ways in which habits can be broken and a healthy lifestyle can be integrated into everyday life. The app focuses on four important areas: exercise, nutrition, relaxation/mindfulness and sleep. The content is tailored to each person. We hope the app will help older adults lead a healthy lifestyle.
