How to use
1. You may receive SMS message for download the app. Please log in to the app with your phone number.
2. Select the clinical trial project that you are involved with.
3. Enter the origin and destination address, pick-up date and time, sender information and receiver information.
4. After reviewing all the details, press the ‘request’ button to submit.
5. Once your shipping request is accepted, then you can track the status of the shipment.
6. You may receive the notification when the driver started to head to the pickup site and when the delivery is completed.
