Application dedicated to parents of children with autism spectrum disorders, who are taking part in a study conducted by Warsaw Medical University. The main goal of the app is to provide questionnaire functionality that allows users to gather data about the day of a child with an autism spectrum disorder. The questionnaire should be filled once a day, in the evening. When not filled before 8 PM, parents will get a reminder. The application allows filling a questionnaire no earlier than one day. The questionnaire can only be filled in a timeframe of the study. Log in to the application is one time only and requires to have the pin code, which parents should get from the study coordinator. The application does not keep any sensitive and personal data, as well as any information that could be related to adverse events.

Mobile application dedicated to parents of children with autism spectrum disorders participating in the study conducted by the Medical University of Warsaw. The main functionality of the application is to enable parents to fill out a survey regarding the course of a child's day with autism spectrum disorders. The survey is completed once a day by one parent. If the survey is not completed, at 20:00, parents should receive a notification reminding them to complete the survey. By using the application, parents can complete a survey regarding a given day and the previous day. Surveys older than 1 day cannot be completed. Surveys can only be completed during the survey. Logging in to the application is one-time and requires entering a unique PIN code received by the study coordinator. The application does not store any data on disorders on the device, as well as data that may be associated with adverse events.
