Sun Mobility Pvt. Ltd. has got into a 50-50 Joint Venture with Indian Oil Corporation and a new company is being formed to manage the battery swapping operations in India, named Indofast Swap Energy Pvt. Ltd., On 23rd August 2024. After formation of this new company, Sun Mobility Pvt. Ltd. has become the OEM partner to supply the Batteries, Vehicle Docks and Charging Stations (called as mQIS) to Indofast Swap Energy Pvt. Ltd. with limited warranty. Indofast Swap Energy Pvt. Ltd. has signed an agreement with Sun Mobility Pvt. Ltd. for the Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) of the components within warranty period. As per this agreement, Sun Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is liable to conduct all the periodic maintenance and running repairs of the components under strict SLA with a penalty clause for any delay in issue closer. In order to monitor the SLA TAT and to keep a track of parts replacement (within or outside warranty) in charging stations and to control the cost, we have developed this new AMS APP which will communicate with the ticketing tool (Freshservice) and our Central Parts Repository (ERP System) to manage the parts consumption details with the lead time for replacement. The field support team of Sun Mobility will be using this APP. Any issue raised by Indofast (through Freshservice Tickets), will reflect in the AMS APP and the field team will resolve the issue by filling the required field in this APP. We should be able to get a consolidated report from this APP for any given timeline to understand how many parts / components are replaced in our Stations, whether these stations are under warranty or out of warranty, calculate labor and part cost and monitor the lead time for replacing the parts and resolving the issue (for penalty reconciliation).
