STEP 1. Hold the phone open the QR code on the bus.
STEP 2. Point the QR code into the bus code reading area.
STEP 3. Hear a beep, successful payment. Money is deducted directly from your SMARTBUS account balance.

+ REGISTER TO USE THE QR CODE OF THE SMART BUS SYSTEM:
STEP 1: Select "SMARTBUS" at the mobile wallet application.
STEP 2: Select "Register now" or enter your phone number and password to register.
STEP 3: Go to "Electronic ticket".
Note: When registering online, customers can only pay for bus service by QR code on the phone. Wishing to receive a SMARTBUS Card, customers need to register at the transaction points. Pay attention to bring personal papers to enjoy priority when being exempt.

HOW TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE:
 Step 1: Log in to the SMARTBUS application on your phone with your account information and password sent to your SMS and Email.
 Step 2: Customers enter the phone number of the receiving account.
 Step 3: Choose the payment method and confirm the transaction.
After successful deposit, customers receive notification of successful transactions and can use the card to pay on the bus.

HOW TO MAKE OFFLINE MONEY:
 Step 1: Go to the applicable transaction points.
 Step 2: Request a deposit to your SMARTBUS bus wallet. Cash in correspondence with the required deposit amount.
 Step 3: Provide employees with SMARTBUS account registration number.
Recheck your SMARTBUS account when completing the deposit.
