Nashik Smart City is part of the smart city initiative and as part of its development initiatives, a Centralized Command, and Integrated Command Control Centre (ICCC) needs to be deployed along with key smart city infrastructure components comprising Smart parking, Bin, Environment, Flood sensors, Emergency Call box, Video management system, Public announcement, WIFI, Adaptive Traffic Control System, Variable message display etc.
All users will authenticate with login credentials and Mobile Number.
Smart City Nashik envisages establishing various initiatives with strong ICT backbone for
seamless experience for residents, employees and other stakeholders with reduced energy
consumption and reduced environmental stress. The Government Citizen Collaboration App
/ platform shall enable NMC citizens (across geographies) to participate in the governance
process and to contribute in the democratic process of ideation, feedback and engagement
in policy formulation and execution.
Key Features:
• Application will have Login & Registration functionality for all the citizens & the application will show the functions/features.
• It will have functionality of Logged & Non Logged in user.
• Citizens would be able to see & pay their water & property tax
• Any complaint raised by a citizen will be notified in-app and a notification alert will appear in their respective devices.
• L-desk ticketing tool is featured in the app for the citizen to raise any complaint.
• Chat bot feature is available in application for the citizen to address their queries.
• Weather Report as per the junction will be available.
• Project update in Nashik (Completed, Under execution, Tender in progress)
• Features like Annual reports, Organization chart, Board of Directors, Careers details will be featured.
• This application will be available in both "English" and "Marathi".
