SmartCMS is a comprehensive complaint management system that streamlines the process of tracking and managing complaints, providing users with an intuitive platform for chat communication with Skillman and feedback on Complaints.
Key Features:
1. User Login & Dashboard:
Users begin by logging into the app, after which they are navigated to a
dynamic dashboard displaying their complaint status across four
categories:
a) Total Complaints: View all complaints.
b) Unassigned Complaints: See complaints that have not been assigned
to any technician or Skillman.
c) In-Progress Complaints: Track complaints currently being worked on.
d) Completed Complaints: Review complaints that have been successfully
resolved.
2. Complaint Lists & Details:
Each category in the dashboard displays a list of complaints. Clicking on
any complaint opens its detailed track, showing updates on the complaint's
progress, current status, and more.
3. Chat with Skillman:
When a complaint is in progress and has been assigned to a technician
(Skillman), users can initiate a chat directly from the Complaint Detail
screen to communicate with the assigned Skillman and track the
resolution.
4. Submit Complaint Review:
Once a complaint is completed, users can provide feedback by submitting
a review. From the Complaint Detail screen, a "Review" button navigates
the user to the Complaint Review screen, where they can select a star
rating, write feedback, and submit their review for the completed complaint
if he not previously review the complaint. "My Reviews" section is not been
added where users will be seeing their all History Reviews and To Review.
5. Launch New Complaints:
The dashboard also includes a Launch Button, allowing users to create
new complaints. Upon clicking the button, users can browse complaint
categories and subcategories. Selecting a specific item opens the Create
Complaint screen, where the user can provide a brief description and
submit a new complaint.
