Open Bubll Service application

> Make sure BSM Configuration app is also running,
> Device Info will be visible on main screen of Bubll Service App,
> Once service will start successfully, Bubll Service app will start sending data to server,
> Logs data can be seen on the screen.
> User can stop sending data to server by stopping service from Sentinll IP Tool on Engineering Tool any time.
